Just dropping in to say HI & Introduce myself
I am Peggy, Mother of two teen girls ( 13 & 15 - fun fun! lol)
Wife to a wonderful man that I have known/Loved since Jr High School!
I am not new to Daycare, I first opened in 1996 -ran successfully for 6 years:) - had to take time away, sadly
But now I'm back better than ever and so Ready & Excited to get rolling
I am officially open able to take on two children for now till my license comes in.
But still working on the finishing touches remodeling our Daycare.

I have been very lucky to have a Nephew that had two beautiful babies first almost 3, second almost 1, that I have been getting the out-grown toys from!
My Husband has been a constant supporter of everything from the beginning I couldnt have asked for more, everything have been coming out-of-pocket so far & with one income , for now, its been rough but Were/I am optimistic - I am looking forward to the grant to help finish off things I need.
We realize its a recession but things will & do always come back up
In the meantime I'm advertising and *pounding the pavement* as I would if I were looking for out-of-the-house-work lol
posting fliers, handing out flyers in the neighborhood, friends, family word of mouth, website, & ads -
Im thinking of putting my business cards on windshields at Wal-mart/Target etc. lol
I'm sure I could be of some help being that I have experience but Im sure Ill be asking plenty of questions along the way
Looking forward to getting to know all of you here, reconnecting, swapping, exchanging advice & recipes etc. from/with other Daycare Providers
