Everyone gets this from time to time ..

I notice it hits me in the winter and mid summer.

I try to get creative and keep things up that way ... Visiting the teacher supply store helps! I do not have other providers in my area that want to talk / communicate or share .. we live in a small area and many of them feel if we talk we might steal each others clients - (I do not feel this way but others do)

What do you do to avoid burn out?

I also feel burn out by mid winter, I also have the problem of other providers not wanting to share, but we have some new providers in our area that know me from back when I use to keep them or their siblings (yea, I'm that old), they have called and want to start a providers swap ideas meeting, so I'm excited about that, new ideas, new people.

I visit our local daycare centers once in awile too, that always motivates me, I don't really know why, but it does! I took the day off last week for a doctor's visit, and ended up at a local center where my daughter works, I came home with tons of ideas and storage ideas too.
