I re-arrange from time to time. I think it helps the kids. I know I get tired of looking at the same room arrangement all the time.

yesterday.

my area rug was bunching cause there wasn't any heavy furniture on it. I moved the room around it yet a different way taking in consideration that I needed a heavy piece of furniture in the right place.

I can't stand clutter either Deb. And I'm learning that I'm a neat freak. I can't stand for my LR area rug to have anything on it. I bet I vacuum it 2-3x every day. It's pretty bad when your 3 year old says Mama you need to vacuum the rug...LOL! I can actually stand to be in the LR now that I have the walls and the trim painted for the sale of this house. This weekend I start in the kitchen. Including this weekend I have 2 weekends left to get this house ready for the market. I plan to list by the beginning of February. I'm going to stage each room and take pics to send to the Realtor for the listing. There's no way I can completely de-daycare this house for every showing. I won't even attempt it. I am just going to stage it for the pictures and then have those same pictures enlarged and in an album for potential buyers to look at and compare when they come to see it. Ugh I have blinds to replace too. There's a quick $100 I'll be spending. Oh well, it'll be worth it when I get it sold and am in my new house! Okay I totally got off topic here. Sorry. Just needed to ramble I guess.

I rearranged the furniture and "posed" the room for pictures. I need them for my web site and for "show and tell" at my daycare meeting.

:D It's so funny. I would fix a picture frame area and the rest of the room was TRASHED. I would take the pic and than move on to the next area....the kids would than TRASH the area I just had taken a pic of. So by the time I was done I had a clean room on film, but not in real life.

I use to change our family room around so much, my dh never knew where his chair would be when he came home :D I don't do it anymore, my back will not let me! So be careful young ladies, as you age, all that moving furniture will catch up with you!

I do change my playroom around, usually in the spring and winter, just gives the kids a change and makes for something new for them too!
