I have used water colors or food coloring and paint or drop colors on the coffee filters and then when dry used pipe cleaner in the middle of the coffee filters.... A BEAUTIFUL Tye Dye Butterfly!!! Or you can make a dragonfly,fish and jellyfish etc..
