I have 1 infant screaming, 1 toddler (just over 15 months) screaming, 2 aren't here today (thank God), and my 2 preschoolers are in my son's room (he's one of them) playing because the screaming two are making them crazy. 7 days without any of them here and boy am I paying for it today!

Oh I agree!!
Yes / NO I dont know
I take time off and I feel I do not get anything done I need to get done .... and everyone thinks I am off to help them!
and the first day back i hear /......."I cant pay you"
and my reply is "I cant take you"
out of 12 kids I had 2 parents pay .. one of which paid for next week as well!

NORMALLY my parents all pay on time..
I allow them to pick the way they pay - monthly, weekly, daily
I have in the past had 1 parent not pay me - well Lesson learn if a parent writes UNEMPLOYED on the application where JOB is ..do not accept it .. yea take a UNEMPLOYED parent to court is not what a judge wants to see - especially a single parent!
Now the ones I have issues with right now are the same ones I have to pretty well sit down and say sign here let me read to you etc............
I do not let them stay 2 weeks with no pay - UNLESS the state is picking up the majority of the tab - and this is the case here.
Usually if there is a holiday I have them pay me before the holiday as well - per contract
this time I told everyone not to worry about paying me till Jan 2nd when I reopened - NEVER DO YA ALL HEAR ME _ NEVER AGAIN!! I will stick to my rules and not worry about helping them out .. Here is is Jan 8 still no payments!
what a hell of a rack up on late fees! and I WILL take to court - I will go make a small claims! (and yes my parents do have access to this site - and I am straight up with them)
