YW!! There are some ladies from Missouri on here ..they might be able to tell more specific things .. I think I read somewhere someone said they can only have 5 .. but I also heard in Mo you can have 12 .. I do not know the numbers / ages. Its a start!

Well I am not sure if I am going to start one because I have a puppy and people aren't gonna want me to do child care with a puppy. So I am probably gonna have to wait until I buy my home and spend some money to make everyone happy.

Karey I have my big chocolate lab ..and my parents loved him!!
One thing I wish I had done before I started was to make a list of the things I would not / could not tolerate.
And what I wanted / expected out of my daycare.
I knew I wanted a learning environment that felt like family.
You disclose things to your parents if you do not fit ya just dont fit! I have had parents say no because my dh is a hunter - all his things for hunting - EVERYTHING is in a safe! LOCKED UP!!
It did not matter ..they were fearful of the what ifs!
A lady on here does not take smoking family's. She is allergic to smoke. ... so I do not blame her for being choosy .. we can only take a limited number of children so we can be pickier!
