Do you have some to share?
Do you have a format that you follow?
I am in the middle of making mine and I can not remember how to do somethings like - erasing text box lines.
SO please share away!

Deborah to get rid of text box lines you right click once and scroll to format text box and click on that then click on color and line tab and in line section scroll to no line and press ok and your lines should disappear. If you have any more question let me know? I used Microsoft publisher for all my Newletter when I was the President of the Moms Club of Southport,NC...

Thanks Karey - it worked!! I have no lines and I have the look I wanted - well its a start any way

Here is my letter I send home as I go through cubbies and see what the kids need .. I find this handy as I am going through files and such!
We are cleaning up and looking into what your child has at daycare. Please note we are trying to make room for everything, when it comes to big bulky items please save them for home. I just circle or highlight what they need and make notes to the side
We have found that your child needs:
Formula /baby food
Diapers / ointment / powder / wipes
Socks
Shoes
Pants/shorts
Shirts
Underwear
Toothbrush / Paste
Physical
Shot Record
Update records
Other – see Note below.

At registration I put one of these in front of the file.. this makes my time faster when I am looking through to see who needs what updated. (the Ck kids program reminds me but sometimes I forget about that)
the blank lines I add to it as needed based on requirements / changes.

Mark dates of completion on each area
