Does anyone have a set menu they use?

If so care to share?

I am thinking of rotating 3 or 4 weeks and making a winter / spring / summer type menu and it changes with the season.

I have also decided they do not eat anything ....... if its good for them ...... well no I gave them chocolate the other day and ya would of thought it was medication! (chocolate chips) ..

So am up for new ideas!

[font=Comic Sans MS]Hello
I'm new here so I'm making my rounds to posts, Hope this isn't finding you too late
I have done the same thing - rotating menu ideas as per season & per fruit in season

for the summer meals it was a challenge
I have Deli plates - Pickle, chicken,ham,egg or tuna sandwiches ( all made ahead of time) I also have teens ( my own to feed- lol)
with cole slaw, fries, Milk & fruit ( i usually have at least two to choose from)
of course they do NOT eat all that - I give them choices and thank goodness I have the teens to sort of help me out in the summertime so it does run smoother lol

Ill make up hard boiled eggs, place them on their plate & let them put together their own sandwiches, using child safe knifes to spread the mayo ( which I give in small cups each) and a *condiment plate* sliced tom, lettuce, pickles etc. they choose and make their own - its lots of fun and im surprised to see most choose at least two things to put on the sandwiches :)

for snacks I have done somewhat the same sliced apples/veggies etc. & given them three dips to choose from, I supervise for no double dipping lol - those I KNOW that do that - lol I give them their own in three separate cups lol
I make a lot of my own things so there's tons to go around - again thank goodness for my daughters who eat like boys! lol

Fishy plate, summer plate as well only for gray chilly days - Milk, fruit, maybe a pickle as well and a salad
Italian Plate - lasagna pinwheels, spaghetti, bread/butter, salad, fruit cup & Milk

I have even tried an avocado dip on them - telling them its superman food! lol the boys eat it up the girls laugh but eat it too lol
If you'd like some recipes let me know ill be glad to share :)
