I talking about making special things for my crowd. I can take 2-6 hours making something for circle time and we really use it for barely a minute and rarely do I have my kids attention.
sigh.
The only thing that is keeping me making things, is the fact that they DO get older and it will be nice to have things made in the future.
For the next 4-6 months we are at the banging and dumping stage. Oh can't forget the destruction stage. They LOVE to eat things...my poor books. I think I will have to replace LOTS of board books this spring when I go to rummage sales.

Making things for circle time and other areas of your daycare are always worth it - Laminate them!! Dont do too much detail keeping it simple!
I love printing things off the net - using tag board ... then I laminate them .. I have things the kids can and can not touch!
