Even when you email thru the website?

Yes I tried emailing you through the website too. They come back as denied by the recipient.

Email Sonia with your real name and then "Little People Play Care". Sonia knows how to add you to my "white" list. That might work. Otherwise, just email Sonia and ask her to forward it. I don't have a clue what the problem is.

I've been emailing back and forth with Melody. She gets my emails fine for some reason. Did you do the sign off on my taxes and fax it to my loan officer? Melody was going to ask you about it Friday. I gave her the fax number.

Hon, I have no detail on that tax return. AND I have no retainer from you unless you have signed up as a client and PAID your deposit. Ask them what they want me to say, specifically, and pay the $100 deposit. Then, because it's a return WE DID NOT PROCESS, we can't stand behind it UNLESS we amend it for you.
Why can't your original preparer do this?

Well you sent me a letter and I didn't pay the $100 so I'm guessing when you posted this you forgot you told me you would do it for me. You DID review my taxes so yes you do have some info on them. You sent me a signed letter saying based on the information I provided my tax return was fine. Do you not remember doing this? You faxed it to my loan officer too!
