[i]Sick of me yet???? Here is my daily report sheet...it has helped parents understand what their child is doing all day and when/what they may have eaten or had to drink. In a case or two, it has helped parents get kids to eat food at home that they might otherwise refuse. For example, they ate broccoli at daycare so they can't say they won't eat it at home! YEA veggies!!!

I use to do it on plain paper but I was loosing them through out my house ... So now I make this one that I will post up ..and i keep it in my daycare mail boxes ..and update it as needed... this way if parents walk in its right there already ready to go!
I also write in the corner the drop off time and expected return time if the parent tells me something different than the norm.
I just write the time down under diapers say its 9 -- I will write 9 Wet or 9 BMW
Meals I write them in too many kids have different needs to type one up ... then the needs area I circle what the kido needs.
I only do these for Infants. I do not do them for 2 year olds.
