I feel it is important to show each month that we do something more with each and every child - Including Infants.

I think its important to show growth of a child ...and in ways to let the parent know we are working with the child!

In saying this there are many ways to do some form of creativity / growth / impress the parent work ...

I will list things as I am brainstorming them here.

January - *Print feet on blue paper with white paint - make snow flakes out of them* cut a middle out of a snow flake / take pics of the baby and put in the middle of the snow flake * snow men .. instead of a snow man head put child's head from a picture*hands painted white glue in circle - snowflake!

February - * Hands painted press to make a heart pattern * poem about love from a child of some sort and print feet / hand prints
*cupid find one decorate it up .. add child's pic for the cupids face

March - *Poem about how lucky a baby I am and put hand prints on the same paper

April - * Flowers make the children's feet the flower leaves ..hands the peddles of the flower and the pic for the center. * Make umbrellas with the child's name on it - let of age paint them finger painting is soo fun at this age!

May- *Sunshine pic place the child's feet around the yellow circle and put words in the middle .."I'm walking on Sunshine"

June - * hands prints to turn into fish - feet prints would work as well

July - * vacation pics - suitcase and put child's hand print on the top as in holding the handle ... put a saying about the roads I travel

August- * sand pictures paint foot and do foot print poems

September- * paint a pic of an apple ..paint child's hand to be the leaf of the apple

October-* Pumpkin pic paint hand green make the hand the leaf * Fall Tree pictures Make brown tree then paint the child's hand different colors to be "fall like" * Paint the foot white and turn it into a ghost

November-*Turkey picture and paint the kids hands different color and place them for the feathers *

December- *cherubs with the baby's face done with picture to make the baby the cherub * Feet painted green make them a Christmas tree * Paint pictures of presents ... and put the child's hand prints on them ..with some sort of poem about my hands being on everything * Reindeer ornaments - foot is its face / hand is antlers ..decorate accordingly *
