Help!!! It says something about my firewall. I disabled the firewall but it still won't connect. Any help suggestions?

are they upgrading it ..??
Did you reboot your system?
try shutting it down and your computer and redoing ...if that does not work then Monday make a phone call!

It was fine the next morning. I got an email from Tech Support saying they fixed the problem.
